Step 4 – Feedback and Reporting
After each showing, our team collects and shares all feedback with you.
You’ll receive a monthly market update to stay informed about current trends and activity.
Our Premium Package includes ongoing agent feedback, follow-up for additional insights, and a detailed market report.
Step 5 – Offers and SOLD!
When showings start and an offer arrives, we’ll send you an Offer at a Glance – a simple, clear email summary of the offer details.
We’ll then schedule a call to review the offer and discuss next steps.
Once you accept, our team coordinates walkthroughs and inspections as needed.
