The FTA (Fast Track Academy) is a program that we have created for non-licensed agents who are registered for their courses with Humber College to meet and study together. These meetings are hosted by licensed top agents in the company. It is a fun opportunity to chat with top licensed agents and do hands on training with tons of useful information so that when you get your license you are ready to start doing deals right away. Many agents struggle with getting a good head start on generating income right away so that they can start making money right away.

PC275 Service team is the engine of our business and part of the reason we are able to offer a great price for our fees. They manage our logistics, showings, filing and compliance. They also ensure a high quality customer service experience and assist with offer presentations, notifications and showing support, vendor support, Document creation, IT support and more.
At PC275, we are focused on providing our agents with the best value for their split. Our base split is 80/20, but we offer so much more than just a commission split. We understand that agents can lose sight of the value of what they spend in splits, and that’s why we provide our agents with access to our world-class service team. Every agent on our team is assigned a personal executive assistant who handles paperwork, logistical management, customer service, and more.In addition to our service team, we provide our agents with a full tech suite of services, including Office 365, e-signing, CRM, website, and virtual remote services, to empower their business.
